Liana Cocktail Co are passionate bartenders who specialist in cocktails within the hospitality sector but Covid-19 has put a halt to this so they are for the meantime putting their business on halt.
However Liana Cocktails are available online. Their goal is to deliver exceptional, bar quality cocktails wherever you are. Their first of curated cocktails is named Volume 1. They can be delivered all across the UK so you can sit back and enjoy at home.
Volume 1 provides an Interactive Cocktail Experience and contains three hand-made, classic cocktails (Negroni, Pink Martini and Rum Manhattan) using exceptional spirit producers from around the world.
Their goal is to deliver you exceptional, bar quality cocktails wherever you are.
Cocktails at home made easy
Upon receiving the Liana Cocktails they come readily made all within pouches. All that was required was a twist of the cap, pour into a glass of ice and drink.
The classic Negroni is made from gin, bitters (Campari) and vermouth.
Ideal served with an orange wedge for garnish. It has a strong, bitter and aromatic flavour.
The Pink Martini is made with Regal Rogue Wild Rose Vermouth, Jim and Tonic Mercarto Gin. Garnish with rosemary.
Tasted of citrus and had a floral punchiness.
The Rum Manhattan is made with Westerhall Rums No. 5, Regal Rogue Bold Red Vermouth, Orange Bitters. Garnish with orange peel.
Tasted bold with a hint of spice.
Verdict
Liana Cocktail made it easy from how to make the perfect Negroni, Pink Martini and Rum Manhattan with their easy videos. More or less all that was required was pouring the alcohol from the pouch into a glass with ice and garnish. Only one thing I just wish the pouches came with a little more.
Their cocktails are easy, simple, elegant and tasted wonderful.
