Kung Fu Mama Taiwan noodles at home

With so many ready to cook noodles within supermarkets it can be difficult to choose especially as most are not that nice to be honest. However Kung Fu Mama has changed my mind as their noodles are unlike any other on the market as their noodles, sauce and dehydrated vegetables have NO artificial colours, NO preservatives, NO palm oil and are suitable for vegetarians.

Treated a complimentary PR sample I could discover for myself how different Kung Fu Mama noodles are and they certainly did not disappoint and made me look at pre packed noodles in a different light.

Presently Kung Fu Mama sell two different types of noodles Sesame & Peanut and Hot & Spice. Each packet covers three meals and come with three nests of noodles and three packets of the condiments to go with the noodles. The noodles, they looked lovely with a nice width, thickness and colour to them immediately making me see that these noodles are different from any other on the market. The sauce and dehydrated vegetables came in individual packets. The wrapping around the produce came with clear instructions.

Eating noodles at home

All of their noodles are easy to cook just open, drop in a pan of boiling water and cook for 4 minutes. Then empty the contents into a bowl and mix in the sauces and dehydrated vegetables and serve.

The Hot & Spicy Noodles on it’s own has a nice spicy kick to it giving it heat and tanginess from the spices.

However equally as nice paired with cooked vegetables, meat or seafood. I decided to marry mine up with prawns and spring onions which worked beautifully cutting the spiciness with every bite of a prawn.
