Pancakes may be served anytime during the year but mainly they are enjoyed on Shrove Tuesday in the UK and the Commonwealth which is commonly known as Pancake Day. Pancakes are usually round in shape and typically made using eggs, flour and milk. Why? as historically, perishable ingredients had to be used up before the fasting period of Lent. However if you are like me and LOVE pancakes so much and can’t wait till Shrove Tuesday then check out Haufson’s pink pancake pan which makes pancakes in the shape of hearts perfect for Valentines day or a date night in.
I was kindly gifted a pancake pan courtesy of Haufson which has been featured on This Morning to make my very own special heart shaped pancakes to celebrate Valentines, Shrove Tuesday and every day of the year. I was highly impressed by the weight, design, colour and non-stick.

LOVE of pancakes
Upon receiving my pink heart shaped pancake pan I was highly impressed by the colour, size and weight of the pan. The beauty though about their cookware and this pan is that it comes with an extra-resistant bakelite handle avoid burns. It is made from high quality, marble material, and has a PFOA free non-stick coating which gives it that fine natural natural non-stick quality. Plus the pan can be used on all hob types so it does not matter if you have an induction top or even a flame.
Haufson pink heart shaped pancake pan makes the perfect pancakes be it for Valentines treat or for a romantic date night or simply anytime of year. Plus also great for making omelettes within. Once you use this pan you will be delighted with each serving as the non stick makes cooking easy, no mess, and no sticking.
I decided to make some American style pancakes which I was delighted with as the pancakes did not stick at all and the mixture stayed within the heart shapes.

Verdict
I have used a variety of pans in the past to make pancakes but Haufson is the best I have ever had. The marble material and non-stick surface made it easy to cook the most decent pancakes ever. The only difficultly I did have with the pan was flipping over and trying to get back into the heart shapes as you can’t flip these pancakes. Other than that the pan was a dream with each pancake sliding out beautifully.

I would highly recommend if you are looking for high quality pan, a weighty pan, and a great non-slip.
