Kyon Drinks The Ppinger a fiery healthy drink

We all love a healthy drink and especially one which could potentially help prevent colds and diseases. The Ppinger by Kyon Drinks is an ideal solution. It is made from 100% natural ingredients consisting of ginger, lime and apple. You might though be wondering how can their drink help prevent with viruses? well according to scientists ginger is a great source as it is loaded with antioxidants, which can help fight colds as well as chronic diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, and diseases to the lungs, plus it can help promote healthy aging.

Courtesy of The Food Marketing Experts and Kyon Drinks I was lucky enough to try The Ppinger which has now become one of my new favourite natural drinks.

Kyon Drinks

Founder Daniel Suppey came up with the idea of Kyon Drinks 100% natural drinks last year when he was hosting a party for some friends and he got inspired to make a non alcoholic cocktail to serve to his non drinking guests, who would normally end up with something generic and fizzy from a can! He combined together ginger, apple, lime and elderflower creating a fiery non alcoholic drink which was a hit with his friends. After repeatedly being asked how to make it, which is a top secret, he decided to make a large batch to test which soon quickly disappeared. That is how Kyon Drinks was born.

The Ppinger all natural drink can be enjoyed on its own or added to your favourite spirit be it a gin, vodka, rum or even a cider. The possibilities are endless.

Coming soon Kyon Drinks will be releasing some more all natural non alcoholic drinks, watch their website for more details.

Enjoying Ppinger at home

The Ppinger comes in clear glass bottles showcasing their drink which is yellow making me think of summery days.

Ppinger can be enjoyed by itself or added to your favourite spirit. Plus as a unique twist I also added Ppinger to several of my home bakes being a Cheesecake Tart and Ginger Cake.

Fiery hit

Enjoying The Ppinger simply on it’s own it provided a fiery hit. So many flavours of ginger, lime, apple and elderflower hit the palette of my tongue and gave a fiery hit along with a lingering warmth on the throat. A gingery, fruity, warming delight.

As well as just enjoying The Ppinger on it’s own for an alternate hit I decided to add to Hawkes Winter Cider in which I warmed on the stove. With added apple flavour from the cider this drink was an explosive hit and a great wintery treat. Also as I warmed it up I think it would be great to sooth a soar throat and clear a stuffy nose.

I also decided to use Ppinger within some of my home bakes to give it that extra gingery hit.
