Emunity Drink loaded with vitamins & minerals

Back in 2016 Roy and Nassir whom are two UK pharmacists who have a passion for helping people stay healthy created Emunity Drinks together. Taking an old family recipe they blended nettles with English Garden Herbs to create a great tasting, refreshing drink loaded with immune boosting health benefits. It is 100% natural, with no artificial ingredients and only 53 calories per can.

Nettle contains a significant concentration of biologically active compounds, particularly carotenoids and polyphenols, that are good for you and your body.

Will it sting?

Upon receiving the cans I liked the design which are colourful and contains a lot of useful information in how the drink will help regenerate my soul and body.

Drinks in fact made from nettles have been done for years for medical purposes but there has never been any that you can buy within a can. Usually tea is made from nettles simply by chopping nettles and brewing in hot water. Warning though if you do decide to make nettle tea when you come to picking nettles make sure to wear thick gloves.

Emunity Drinks are a better alternative though as their drink is simply Austrian spring water with nettles and fruit creating a very refreshing drink full of benefits. Plus comes all ready to drink within a 250ml slimline can.

Emunity Drinks comes in two flavours Wild Strawberry and Gooseberry.

Emunity Wild Strawberry contains nettle, wild strawberry, meadowsweet, chamomile and cucumber.

Benefits of this drink is that it contains nutrients and antioxidants which help to reduce cholesterol, blood pressure and oxidative stress.

Emunity Gooseberry contains nettle, gooseberry, dandelion, rosemary and thyme.

I must admit though I was a little nervous when it came to flipping the ring pull from the can though as I was thinking as the drink is made using nettles will it sting when I drink? Thankfully it didn’t just provided a refreshing fruity water.

Both the drinks were refreshing and fruity, light and tasty. Personally for me though I loved the strawberry one but that’s because I love strawberries.

With both drinks loaded with health benefits it is certainly a better drink to consume rather than a sugary fruity water, soda or alcohol. No caffeine, no fizz and no artificial flavours simply refreshing and healthy.

Verdict

These nettle drinks are a must if you are looking for a healthy drink. As nettles as explained earlier in my post contains a lot of healthy benefits for the body.

Both drinks were refreshing and certainly different to any other drink I have ever tasted and even though I liked them for me they lack a bang of sweetness in which I crave for. However they are very refreshing and certainly a great alternate to drinking just plain water and to know that it will be providing my body with the goodness it needs is a plus.

So would I buy them again? yes if I saw them on the shelf and I was looking for a flavoured water I would buy it.
