Then you will love Back to Roots which is a vegetarian Greek pop-up

Popping up in Neal’s Yard in Covent Garden Tuesday from 26th February to Sunday 3rd March 2019 guests will be able to enjoy a seven course plant based menu for just £50 per head.

Menu

Crete Kaltsouni with wild greens – racomelo miso
Patzari – Baby beetroots, katiki cheese, chestnut creme, hazelnut 
Prasa – Braised leeks, orange ,prunes , vine leaf ,dill
Fava Mandi, onion compote , goat cheese , cherry ju 
Fricasse ‘Dolmas’ – Savoy cabbage stuffed with wild greens and mushrooms, augolemono sauce
Pre dessert – Pumkin pumpkin and tahini
Chamomile – Poached pear ,fennel , chamomile ice cream , honey , fennel pollen , honeycomb

“Our ambition is to make the garnish the star of the plate using traditional produce to transport you through our Greek inspired menu. Respecting seasonality and tradition our menu is entirely motivated by the flavours we experienced in our Childhood. Growing up there were no labels on styles and flavours of food and such we have fused together what we love to create a 7-course vegetarian menu.”
