We are always looking at ways of getting healthier be it exercise or eating food which is healthier. SuperGlow sell a range of ayurvedic powders that are healthy and can be combined in foods or drinks. Plus their powders help the mind, body and soul in a number of different ways thanks to the minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants. Superfoods have gained quite a popularity recently as food trends have evolved rapidly over the years.

I was gifted a selection of ayurvedic powders by SuperGlow to show me that adding their powders within my food or drink can help improve my health in a number of different ways.

There are a variety of microwaves on the market but for me personally Toshiba sell some of the smartest looking microwaves which are affordable. What is a microwave good for though you might ask? Well a microwave is like an oven but a lot smaller and faster. Within a microwave you can defrost food, cook a variety of dishes within it, and saves you time.

Microwaves were first introduced as a device to save time. However since then apart from throwing in a microwaveable meal bought from a supermarket microwaves have highly evolved. Now within microwaves you can cook practically anything such as a turkey.

Toshiba was founded back in 1939 in Japan which was a merge of two companies, Shibaura Seisakusho (Shibaura Engineering Works) and Tokyo Denki (Tokyo Electric). Since merging this multinational conglomerate organisation has become one of the worlds leading brands in electrics. They supply a range of diversified products and services which range from power, elevators, escalators, kitchen electronics, home electronics, lighting and so much more. However they are mostly known though for their laptops, other home appliances and medical equipment.

Convenient cooking at home

Microwaves are a great alternate to an oven as they make cooking that much quicker, be it a pre-made microwave meal or to cook a homemade dish. No matter what you cook in a microwave the time it would cook in an oven is highly reduced.

Liberex Lab makes tooth flossing easy

Hygiene is very important for us all but people tend not to take as much care of their teeth as they should either they are not brushing their teeth properly, just giving their teeth a quick brush or because they don’t floss. However our oral hygiene is equally as important keeping us free of decay, disease and other problems such as bad breath so regular brushing of the teeth is very important. If you are unsure of how to brush your teeth properly your dental hygienist can easily teach you how to floss. Studies have shown significant flossing reduces reduction in plaque over interdental brushes. Flossing is tricky though and I even struggle, no matter how many times I have been shown to floss so Liberex Lab tooth flossing which is a flossing revolution making flossing easy. A study back in 2013 showed that water flossing is significantly more effective than using a manual brush and string floss in removing more plaque from the tooth surface. Other studies have shown significant reduction in plaque over interdental brushes.

Whilst travelling the world on her adventures working for celebrities on their yachts she loves to stay hydrated on the go but always struggled fitting the cylinder water bottles into her handbag or bag meaning she had to compromise most times by either carrying the water bottle in hand or switching her bag to a much larger one. So with this problem whilst during lockdown and not being able to travel the world she came up with her own design of an easy reusable water bottle which was flat, easily fits in most bags and easy to travel with on walks or travels.
