Here are the crisp products that can be bought that all have no added sugar, gluten free, vegan friendly and are 1 of your 5 a day
Crunchy French Bean Sugar Snap Peas and Black Edamame
Crunchy Red Apple
Crunchy Fig Banana
Crunchy Sweet Potato, Carrot and Beetroot
I have never been a fan of vegetable crisps but when I had the pleasure to sample Emily Crisps whilst sailing down the canals of Paddington and Camden in a Go Boat I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the crisps very crunchy but they tasted exceptionally good. The French Bean ones I really thought I would not like but surpringsly they were in fact very tasty and very green which made it look even more appetising and healthy. I think though that these bean crisps even though tasty on their own they work far better with some dips so great for a party alternate to the Tacos especially considering this contributes to 1 of your 5 a day. I also tried the banana and apple crisps and again very crunchy and great flavour. The banana ones were very yellow and tasted strongly of banana which was a real treat and unexpected. The apple crisps they had a lovely red outer edging to them and were exceptionally apple in taste and with the crunch it made it really felt like I was eating an apple but with a different texture and a sweeter taste. So if you are a lover of fruit and vegetables then I highly recommend buying this scrumptious crunchy crisps as you won’t be disappointed plus what better way in getting 1 of your 5 a day.

I love vegetable crisps and the “Crunchy French Bean Sugar Snap Peas and Black Edamame” was my favourite. It gave me the great feeling of my five-a-day vegetable portion. Most importantly, it was delicious. The “Crunchy Fig Banana” was a little too sweet for me but a good sugar boost. Makes a great picnic snack!
I’ve love a good old bag of crisp, when the munchies kick in, this way, I get my 5 a day and smash the craving.. Two birds, one stone.

I was interested to try vege and fruit crisps. Different, not really what I was expecting. A nice change to the usual flavours.
