Then Hesters is the bar to visit.

Back in 1900’s, the Guvnor of the Clerkenwell Tavern let his cellar to market traders to store their wares in return for a little of whatever they were selling that day. Hidden away from the prying eyes shady deals were done.  The night’s entertainment saw Kitty (a stunning flapper) perform entertaining traders. 100 years later Hesters use this iconic space to trade the finer things life; bespoke cocktails reminiscent of the 1870’s.

At Hesters Hideout they celebrate two Centuries of cocktail making . Their cocktails are a tribute to the old classic from the very popular to the little less known ones. They use time-old traditional techniques and recipes that have long been forgotten but thye are brought back to life at Hesters.
