JackRabbi Brewing
Founded back early 2019 JackRabbit Brewing Co. popped up and started brewing beer and stout for consumers. They wanted to provide a great tasting beer with a difference.
At present they sell three drinks College Hop Out Pale Ale, Down the Rabbit Hole, and Roasted.
Hapsburg Absinthe is one of the worlds most strongest liquors in the world with it having an ABV of 72.5%. Absinthe is a green, strong and minty drink which is great on it’s own, but also delicious in cocktails and also within food, yes food!.
Given a PR sample I was gifted a bottle of Hapsburg Absinthe in which my challenge was to cook with it which I was a bit dubious in it working as of it’s strong minty flavour but I was highly surprised by the results.
Hapsburg Absinthe
Established in 1999, Hapsburg Absinthe was one of the few pioneering brands to appear when the first resurgence of Absinthe took place, since it had been banned in Switzerland in 1905. Absinthe used to be very popular during the 1890’s and very fashionable in the vast majority of cafes, bars and salons, particularly in France and Switzerland, the birthplace of Absinthe. However in 1905 it got banned.
Even though pubs and cocktail bars are reopening after this world pandemic we have been through it is always nice to sometimes have a cheeky little tipple at home and Troo Cocktails provide some high quality premixed cocktails.
I was kindly given some PR samples to try at home and all were truly so tantalising a true delight, delicious.

Jolie London is a French salon which is a hybrid of a restaurant and bar that stands out above the rest as it is a unicorn amongst the horses of other restaurants within London as they provide a magical experience from start to finish.
I went along to their press night to sample the magical delights which Lollipops newest venue pop up Jolie within their Chelsea Funhouse.

Lollipop is founded by Sebastian Lyall in 2015, and other London and Paris venues.
Lollipop are the creators and innovators of immersive events providing unique experiences from Breaking Bad bar, ABQ, and now they are getting ready to unveil their next restaurant called Jolie, which will bring French cuisines and signature cocktails within a relaxed atmosphere.
Now they bring Jolie a pop up set within their Chelsea Funhouse.
Chocoholics, are you looking for a reason to feel a little less guilty about indulging? Then check out Chocolate and Love who sell the most delicious dark chocolates which according to experts provide health benefits as dark chocolate is made from flavonoids. Flavonoids are produced by plants, fruits, and vegetables. Flavonoids act as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, improving blood flow, benefiting your heart and brain, and even warding off cancer.
As a lover of chocolate I have never been keen on dark chocolate but when I was offered some PR samples of Chocolate and Love dark chocolates I just had to try and wow I am pleased I did as I have now fallen in LOVE with their dark chocolate not bitter at all.
Chocolate and Love
Founded by Richard and Birgitte O’Connor in 2010 they set up Chocolate and Love which is an award winning chocolate producer.
Chocolate and Love source some of the World’s finest organic ingredients and producers in Switzerland, creating dark chocolate giving consumers tasty and full flavoured dark chocolate.
They sell nine delicious 80g variants including two pure chocolate bars 80% Panama and 71% Rich Dark and seven others with stunning flavours mixed into them, all of which are wrapped in bespoke hand-painted designs. Six of their 80g bars are suitable for vegans.
Life is like a box of Macarons and munching on all of Hilton Macaron current varieties of Italian Macarons has made me think of many happy moments, with their Mojito macaron taking me back thinking of my holiday in Puerto Rico and their Passion fruit one making me think back to my wedding day.
I was kindly gifted on a PR basis a variety box of 18 Macarons to enjoy in the comfort of my home courtesy of Hilton Macaron.
Hilton Macaron
Hilton Macarons, are founded by husband and wife team James and Andrea. Their daily pursuit is to craft the finest and most delicious macarons.
All of Hilton Macarons are handmade in Suffolk in which they use only the finest ingredients. Their Italian meringue shells are made with free-range eggs and their fillings comprise of Belgian chocolate, using all natural flavours, and contains nothing artificial. Plus all their macarons are vegetarian and entirely gluten-free.
Friendship Adventure, drink good beer with good friends and that is so true as they provide good beer and great to enjoy with friends.
I was gifted a few PR sample of their different beers to try out at home and each were equally as good, even my friends thought so and said “wow that is GOOD beer”.
Friendship Adventure are a brewery who brew refreshing, sessionable beer.
Their brewery started as a plan hatched between friends, and they love to see other groups of friends come together to do something special. That’s why they host regular comedy nights; a place to come together, drink their beer, and laugh with friends.
They care about what you drink, but also care about where you drink it, and with who, and why.
As one that has been warned to watch what I eat and how much sugar I consume as I am on the verge of becoming a diabetic I feared how would I enjoy a fruity soda again but thankfully I did not need to fear as I was gifted courtesy of Skinny Tonics a selection of their sodas which contain no sugar, contains nothing artificial and low zero calories. As their tonic drinks are a healthier choice and don’t compromise on taste.

Skinny Tonic are producers of tonics and currently they sell eight flavours, Indian, Aromatic, Skinny Med, Cucumber, Clear Coffee, Ginger Ale, Light Citrus and British Raspberry.

Earlier on in the year I went along to learn how to make a bowl using a potters wheel courtesy of Amanda Cotton Workshop and I enjoyed it so much. So when I heard that she was giving pottery coiling classes during lock-down which can be done at home via online I just had to book a class along with friends.
Pottery is a great way to relieve you of any stresses and worries in life and also is a great health benefit as crafting can help those who suffer from anxiety, depression or chronic pain. It can may also ease stress, increase happiness and protect the brain from damage caused by ageing.
Pottery is also a great exercise for the hands, wrists, and arms. The movement of making pottery is gentle yet strengthening to the hands, wrists, and arms. This can be beneficial to those prone to arthritis in the hands, as it promotes joint movement and dexterity.
Amanda is an artist creating mementos for the inspired teaching creative skills to those wishing to learn how to do pottery. Her passion for conceptual art began back in 2007. In 2013 she graduated with a Masters in 3D Materials Practice, Wood, Metal, Plastics and Ceramics (WMCP) from The University of Brighton. Since then she has been living and working in London. Her studio is based in Trinity Buoy Wharf and she is a member of Trinity Art Studio. She creates commissions for inspired individuals, continue to develop and practice transferring her skills onto those that are wishing to learn creative skills.
