Definitely Blue Café by Bompas & Parr popped up to solve the debate of if the innocent Bolt juice is blue?

Following the hotly-debated launch of innocent’s Bolt from the Blue, innocent in partnership with Bompas & Parr opened it’s doors to Definitely Blue Café within London’s Neal Street to prove once and for all that their drink is in fact definitely blue.

The juice sparked a massive debate on Twitter with almost 4,000 innocent fans challenging innocent on the true colour of their drink Bolt. innocent remained firm in their stance though that their drink is definitely blue, despite thousands of comments from the public insisting it was green.

I was invited down to see what I thought.

innocent started back in 1999 selling smoothies at a music festival. After having such a great response from consumers the founders quit jobs and set up innocent as a business.

Most epic wackiest party ever! – Bompas & Parr 10th Anniversary Party

Bompas & Parr 10th Anniversary Party really knows how to lay on good events and boy do they know how to lay on a party for it really was epic and so wacky.

They are celebrating their 10th anniversary and to do this they combined their party with their latest current retrospective exhibition Tongue Town which is at the São Paulo Museum of Modern Art in Brazil. This runs from June – August 2017.

Factory self-guided tour – Temple of the Tongue

Temple of the Tongue is an installation of art set in their central London studio designed to complement a major retrospective exhibition, Tongue Town, now open at the Sao Paulo Museum of Modern Art (MAM) in Brazil.

This is the first time that the studio’s in Bermondsey home has opened it’s doors in which the public for four days (19-22 June) can get behind the scenes and explore their factory in where they work and create their amazing creations from jellies to exploding wedding cake. Continue reading

Bompas & Parr had a pop up event which happened at Noho Studios in London on the Friday 19 May 2017 which they called My Extraordinary Life. The reason they put on this event as it was their mission that day to find the greatest ice cream photographer.

I went downstairs when it was my time slot and entered in a room full of different colour pastels. Every corner had many different objects to use to display my ice cream from a volcanic mountain to a vase. At the event you could slurp and indulge as much ice cream as you wanted. Continue reading
