It’s an all-day restaurant which the bar can be found on the ground floor and the Bistro on the first floor. The Ivy in Canary Wharf is my garden of Eden

Canary Wharf, is full of restaurants but there is a chain of restaurants which is legendary and that is The Ivy and as having never dined at Ivy this one stood out to me for a number of reasons, not just because it is a well known brand but the look of the restaurant which is full of plants.

The restaurant is set over two floors, has a terrace, conservatory, main inside dining area, bar area, decorated with foliage bringing the outside in, has great views, and serves delicious stunning looking food. For me The Ivy in Canary Wharf has become my Garden of Eden as it is like a gardeners paradise but extra special as you can enjoy an array of cocktail and food within this garden.

Using Open Table I booked and went along to The Ivy after work with my friend and we were both loved our time at The Ivy in Canary Wharf.

The original Ivy has an upstairs with a private dining room. It has an iconic shimmering Central Dining Bar, signature harlequin stained-glass windows, oak panelling and a striking contemporary art collection.

From 2005 the entrepreneur Richard Caring bought The Ivy and the Caprice Holdings Group opening many other Ivy’s across the UK.

There are now over 33 Ivy restaurants over the UK each all with their own unique theme.
