TUPI serves top quality fusion dishes

TUPI is a restaurant that brings together South American and European cuisine. They are based at two locations, one in Peckham Rye and the other at Elephant and Castle.

I was invited on a complimentary basis along with some other community members of Love Pop Ups London to enjoy their culinary delights within their restaurant based at Elephant and Castle.

Oodles of fusion – Tamashii

Do you love Japanese, Chinese and Asian food? then you’ll love Tamashii which has popped up in Kings Cross.

Tamashii has recently popped up in the heart of King’s Cross. It’s the creation of Chef Wei, who has over 35 years of experience, including 18 months at Hakkasan. This is his first restaurant pop up where he will be cooking and serving diners his fusion style twists from Ramen through to Pad Thai. The menu includes exquisite dishes to suit all palates.

Malaysian food journey – Rojak

Rojak is a modern Malaysian pop-up restaurant and Satay Bar which popped up 17th October and is situated at Lacy Nook in London, N16 for a limited period for around three months.

I was invited down to sample some of her incredible dishes all which are Malaysian inspired.

Rojak is a pop up to inspire people to eat Malaysian food. Why as the chef behind Rojak loves to cook Malaysian street food and wants to give Londoner’s a mix of ingredients to spice up London’s kaleidoscope of cultures.

Her Malaysian street food and classics have a distinct British twist. With all her time-honoured recipes being elevated to new levels by using the finest local ingredients.
