The Cookbook Circle

Do you love to cook?
Do you love cookbooks?
Do you love socialising?
Then you’ll love The Cookbook Circle club.

The Cookbook Circle club in for fans of eating, cooking and meeting new people. But mostly eating.

The Cookbook Circle was created by Victoria Durant and Hannah Quinn – two people slightly obsessed with recipes, new places to eat and ogling Instagram posts of delicious things.

Victoria and Hannah’s mission is to bring people together and get everyone cooking using the cookbooks that they have currently, rather than always buying new ones. Each month they bring a new theme and members get together, cooking a dish from a recipe found in a cookery book (or online!) and socialise. It can be sweet, savoury, veggie, vegan or meaty. As The Cookbook Circle is all about cooking, eating, exploring, discovering and socialising.

So grab your cookbook, dust it off and show it some love and share your dish with others. As every month at The Cookbook Circle it is all about eating and discovering new dishes which we have made from one of those books that we may of neglected.

With a different theme every month the question is what will you cook and what new recipes will you discover whilst eating, sipping and socialising at The Cookbook Circle?

February’s theme is comfort food – because it’s still winter and we need cheering up.

Bring along a comforting dish on February 24 at 7pm, as well as the cookbook it’s from (if you feel like it). Recipe cards are provided so you can take down any dish that caught your eye and tickled your taste buds on the night.

Members who attend will get lots to eat (and leftovers to take home) and a lovely community to share your love of food.

February Cookbook Circle will be held at Uncommon in Borough.
