After a short pop up from last time they are back this time in Angel and bigger and better with more space, more days and longer opening times.

Give your taste buds a delight and sample their exciting new menu full of signature and seasonal speciality dishes.

Three course dessert tasting menu

Amuse

Soft set strawberry jelly, Gariguette strawberry, vanilla yoghurt mousse, lime foam

Choice of dessert (with tea or dessert wine pairing)

Vanilla parfait, fresh raspberries, Gariguette strawberries, aged balsamic pearls, fresh basil cress, basil oil dressing, soft meringue

Dark chocolate crème (68%), parsnip ice cream, orange granita, fresh horseradish zest, orange puree

“Banoffee” banana with shortbread, lime, caramelised milk, aerated coffee, banana ice cream

Roasted rhubarb, vanilla crumble, deep fried ginger, custard cream, lemon verbena ice cream

Avocado and white chocolate mousse, torched sweetcorn, chai chilli dressing, caramel cocoa nibs

​Celery sorbet, crumbled blue cheese, fresh honeycomb, quince jelly, super thin flat bread

Whisk Dessert Bar can be found in the Angel Central Shopping Centre but be quick as will be whisking on out from 3 August.
