Serravinci exquisite Italian liqueurs

Forget having a beer or a chilled glass of wine as once you taste liqueurs by Serravinci your taste buds will be tantalised and your mind blown with the sweet exquisite flavour of their drinks. Liqueurs are an alcoholic drink which is composed of distilled spirits and additional flavourings from fruits, herbs, spices and sugar.

On a courtesy basis I was gifted a PR sample of Serravinci liqueurs to enjoy at home and wow I was really impressed, their liqueurs are tasty and high quality.

Serravinci

Founders Rob and Jane on their journey to Italy discovered table-grappa, amaro, limoncello and a dessert wine Visciolata. Highly impressed they met the Cardinali family in Serra de’ Conti, within a medieval hill-top village and learnt about their ancient family recipe. They also discovered that the family had recently started production of wine and a smooth almondy cherry acquavite. Surprised by the taste and their values Rob and Jane were determined to bring these unique drinks to the UK market.

Rob and Jane also are very proud to also offer their own brand of stunning liqueurs produced in Cagli.

A liqueur is an alcoholic beverage that has been sweetened with sugar and is usually flavoured with fruit, herbs, nuts, spices, and flowers.

Liqueurs are historical descendants of herbal medicines. They were made in Italy from as early as the 13th century, often prepared by monks. Today liqueurs are produced all over the world, commonly served neat, over ice, within cocktails and used in cooking.

With ten flavours to choose from you won’t fail to find a flavour which appeals to you.

Serravinci liqueurs are perfect served on their own, served chilled, on the rocks or even as a mixer to create cocktails.

Exquisite Italian liqueurs

Receiving my two bottles of Toffee Cream Vodka and Wild Strawberry Serravinci liqueur I was highly excited in tasting them as they both looked stunning and luxurious. The Toffee Cream Vodka has a lovely brown colour and the Wild Strawberry liqueur which was a blazing red you could see and was packed with mini strawberries.

Liqueurs are commonly served with or after desserts, also used within cocktails as a mixer but I got a little more creative with mine and I actually added them into my meals and desserts not just drinks.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook at a gentle simmer, whisking occasionally, until the sauce has slightly thickened around 15 minutes. Will thicken as it cools.
