Stefano Camplone is excited to host his first ever Edit Pop Up on Monday, 11th March 2019, where he will be bringing his special supper in celebration of spring being around the corner.

Focusing on low wastage, Stefano portrays an ability to utilize the ingredients for all they are, incorporating unusual parts into the colorful dishes.

Tickets were priced at £55 and included a 6 course tasting menu, unlimited feast on fresh, homemade potatoe focaccia and grissinis’, as well as free-flowing house wine.

Shitake Bariguole | Beef Tartare
Variegated Kale | Cornish Mussels | Sake
Broccolo | Buckwheat | Dill
Slow Cooked Brill | Artichoke | Smoked Fish Sauce
Chicken Rillette | Chicken Wafer | Espellette
Buttermilk Pudding | Burned Pear | Rhubarb Granita
