Then you’ll love Fords Gin who will be presenting the History of Gin according to cocktails.
Partnering with some of London’s best bar’s Fords Gin brings a cocktail odyssey through the ages. Guests will sip their way through various cocktails that have forged gin’s rich history.
The History of Gin according to cocktails will take guests on a journey throughout history. From the early days of gin punch, to the current Golden Age of the Cocktail, the rise and fall of gin and cocktails has been intertwined through history. Guests will sample up to seven delicious cocktails which detail why Gin and cocktails have been close bedfellows throughout time.
Some community members of Love Pop Ups London had the pleasure in sampling classes by Fords Gin at these London Bars on these dates:
Ladies & Gentlemen, Kentish Town on 19 June

Tickets are only £10 and you start with a free full cocktail, get to taste 5 cocktails (shot size), and finish with full cocktail, so it was an amazing deal. Throughout the event you learned about how gin got its start and evolved over time.”

It was fabulous to try the different cocktails and understand how Ford gin was created to go perfectly in them. Nick who took us through all of this was interesting, engaging and friendly. He also gave us a cute book which had the recipes and facts included. So much fun and completely not what I expected :)!”
