I love Chinese cuisine and like many I usually order duck with pancakes, spare ribs, beef in black bean sauce and munch on prawn crackers. However I have never had dim sum until now. Dim Sum is very popular with Chinese as a way to relax, and spend time with family over the weekend during the morning. What is dim sum though you might be asking? Dim sum is a cuisine which comes from Canton in China. Dim sum is basically pillow like buns which are generally either steamed or fried. They are served on small plates or within a wicker basket.

Royal China Club Baker Street
Already famous in China, Hong Kong, and Dubai, Royal China Club bought their award winning chain of restaurants to London. They have four restaurants in all within London (Baker Street, Canary Riverside, Fulham, and Harrow on the Hill).
