ORSOM Cheese is awesome

Cheese is made all over the world but have you ever had cheese from ORSOM? Their dairy farm is based in Cheshire and they produced the most creamiest and tastiest milk thanks to their cows, who are the most pampered on the planet as they get treated to manicures, back scratches and music. I wonder if they have listened to Old McDonald Had a Farm?

Courtesy of ORSOM Cheese I was gifted a selection of their cheeses. Cheeses though don’t always have to be enjoyed with crackers as cheese is also great used within dishes. So I used ORSOM cheese in dishes which I feel worked beautifully with their different cheeses.

ORSOM

ORSOM cheese are producers of high premium range products which are handcrafted by their skilled cheesemakers in-house at their dairy in Nantwich, Cheshire.

Their cheese is vegetarian friendly and is full of flavour and loaded with personality. As their cows every day are treated with love, from enjoying the sounds of music, having manicures and even back-scratches.

All their milk is collected daily from their own cows and from cows from other specially selected farms near by.

Cheaze is a cheese lovers dream

Staying at home has become the new going out for a lot of us lately with the pandemic so we have had to enjoy date nights in. There is an array of ways to make the perfect date night in special from ordering a takeaway or perhaps one of the many DIY cook boxes, or even carefully crafted bottled cocktails by top mixologists but what tops off the ultimate night in my opinion is a lump of cheese. Cheese is ideal for an after dinner treat which can be eaten with crackers, chutney and savoured with wine. Attentively cheese is also great used to make starters and main meals with.

Courtesy of Cheaze I was gifted a box of their cheese to sample at home where I nibbled on some new cheeses and I even got a little creative with some as I made some delicious meals with them.

Cheaze

Cheaze are all about great tasting cheese providing customers an exceptional cheesy experience.

They deliver a range of exceptional cheeses from around the world so no need to dash around the supermarket or surfing the net. With all their cheese boxes they love to get people pairing, tasting, understanding, learning and expanding their cheese horizons as that is all part of the Cheaze journey!

Share A Slice gets you cooking pizza in a frying pan

Share A Slice is pizza with a difference as with their pizzas you cook it in a frying pan instead of an oven and within a few minutes it’s done.

I was kindly gifted a Pizza At Home Kit courtesy of Share a Slice to create my very own pizza at home in return for an honest review.

Share A Slice

Back in 2018 Share A Slice popped up in Pop Brixton by founders Raj and Sandeep who bring to London traditional Napoleon pizza.

Before hitting London they learned the true art of making authentic Neapolitan Pizza in Naples at Pizzeria La Notizia under the watchful eye of Master Pizzaiolo, Enzo Coccia, where they learnt and developed techniques essential to produce fresh and classic flavours.
