September 2018 a look back

Purezza

Purezza is the very first vegan pizzeria to open two restaurants within the UK. One in Brighton and one in Camden.

They are plant pioneers, revolutionising Italian food through cruelty free ingredients. Their aim  is simple: to make our plant based menu superior to the traditional alternatives.

Purezza

“With such a vast menu – all pizzas could be made on three different basis and there is non pizza choices too, such as lasagne or a ‘pure bowl’ – we found it hard to pick.”

Their promenade tour The Heart of Covent Garden takes guests on a magical interactive performance tour like no other. Wearing headphones and following the tour guide you will discover exciting things about the city all whilst trying to solve a mysterious crime.

Question is what is the hearts of houses? who lives behind the black window? how can we understand goblins?

Some of us this time went along to experience Doctor Frankenstein.

Will you be brave enough to bring Frankenstein back? and will you escape?

Plus also a big thank you to

Wild and Game

Wild and Game is a non-profit organisation in Bristol which was set up back in 2017 by Steven Frampton and Michael Cannon.

They bring great taste of game meat through a variety of products from game-based pies, pasties, sausage rolls and sausages all giving that true taste of the countryside.  As all their products use only the highest quality ingredients of which contain low-fat, low-cholesterol game meat from game birds such as pheasant, partridge and grouse.

Wild and Game pate

“Grouse, Brandy & Herb Pate – The look of the pate looked amazing, the smell oozed tones of brandy & herbs and the texture of the pâté was very creamy.  I loved how the flavours complimented each other and how the herbs did not overpower the poultry.  It was a pleasure to eat.”
