Fords Gin for a limited run popped up in various bars across London sharing their history of Gin through the ages. Guests got to sip their way through seven Gin cocktails that have forged gin’s rich history learning about the rise and fall of gin and cocktail history.

Question is which Gin cocktail is your favourite?

Lantern Ghost Tours

The Grand lay on many different events throughout the year from Bingo to dance.  Me and some others of Love Pop Ups London had the privilege of attending one of their film nights.  We got to watch and sign along to the classic movie Little Shop of Horrors. It is encouraged to dress up as one of the characters but you don’t have to.  On the night we got our photo taken in their famous photo booth with Audrey II (the plant), ate unlimited popcorn, ate hot dogs, drank themed cocktails, played games, competed in competitions and partied the night away afterwards to music played by a DJ.

Lantern Ghost Tours

“As a resident in the London Bridge area I have always wanted to know about the underworld history and this walking tour of Sex Drugs and Sausage Rolls tour really provided this.”

Mission Breakout

Mission Breakout provides two different escape rooms one based on war called The Codebreakers and another on paranormal activity called The Lost Passenger.

The Codebreakers is an explosive escape room based on World War II set in a real disused tube station which was used in the war for shelter.  This room will get anyone’s heart racing.

The Lost Passenger is based on a true story of a passenger who went missing in this South Kentish Town tube station.

Question is will you escape either room with your live intact?

Mission Breakout The Lost Passenger

Circus

Circus is a restaurant and cocktail bar like no other.  You can either go and eat in the restaurant or chill in the cocktail bar area with a cocktail in hand whilst watch some amazing circus performances from fire eaters to aerialists throughout the night.

So if you are looking for that something a little different then instead of a meal followed by a West End show roll up to Circus instead.  It truly is a food and Circus lovers heaven.

Circus Love Pop Ups London members

“I visited midweek so it wasn’t overly busy, which I appreciated, but imagine it must be quite the hotspot on a Friday or Saturday night. With an entertaining variety of fabulous performers – from fire breathers to magicians – there’s so much to see and keep you amused.”

There promenade tour The Heart of Covent Garden takes guests on a magical interactive performance tour like no other. Wearing headphones and following the tour guide you will discover exciting things about the city all whilst trying to solve a mysterious crime.

Question is what is the hearts of houses? who lives behind the black window? how can we understand goblins?

Will you be brave enough to step inside the tunnels? and will you escape?

Bullshit Tours

Bullshit London reimagines the purpose of existing landmarks, cracking jokes about real ones and exploring some of the Bullshit we all carry around in our heads.  So if you are looking for a tour of London like no other with humour and some bullshit then you’ll love listening to the highly trained tour guides who will lie in wait. The tours are mostly nonsense, occasionally factual but always full of humour.  Be quick though as this is there last year in bringing their fun tours to London.
Will you be able to work out which is a fact and which is bullshit?

“It was kind of like a moving comedy show. A lot of the ‘facts’ and stories were a play on the names of places and buildings around the stops we made.”

Plus

Plus also a big thank you to

FITCH Brew Co

FITCH Brew Co is coffee in a can.  It is a new approach to coffee.  At present there are five different varieties to choose from which you can drink straight from the can.  Alternatively you can combine with alcohol to make them into a cocktail.

Fitch

“With there being so many coffees out there and with so little time FITCH Brew Co is certainly the perfect choice for a quick hit of coffee and a pick me up.  So if you are in a rush but craving a hit of coffee then I really do highly recommend buying a can of FITCH Brew Co.”
